Not reliable

I purchased 3 HK 3700s in order to set up a home system. My hope was to control all of them with this app through my home network but this app is far too unreliable. The AVRs will only appear in the app if they have been awakened with the IR remote or by pressing the power button on the receiver. When they are active, there is no way to differentiate which AVR is which (even though the pics in the App Store show named receivers). No support available anywhere to figure it out. Second guessing my decision to go with HK.
